This was one of the best projects I’ve been lucky enough to get involved in these last years. Swaybox is a New Orleans-based studio creating amazing content by blending CGI, puppets and live-action.

I had the chance to create all the characters face rigs for the 2022 NFL’s Super Bowl commercial, featuring more than 20 animated NFL legends. The characters heads were created as puppets as well as CG models, and both should match and behave so that they eventually blend together in the final ad.
